Interior Kool Pockets (image #2) in both the back and front of the vest hold cold packs (not included), which provide an even, comfortable temperature while worn.
Kool Pockets are fully compatible with generic cold packs that can be purchased at any major department or drug store (food or drink freezer packs not recommended).
